NJIT’s signature is composed of the logo and descriptor. This signature serves to identify the university in all forms of communications. It is the symbol representing our institution. As such, it stands for NJIT’s reputation for academic quality, research, leadership, and technological and scientific innovation.

Consistent application of the signature across all forms of communication is vital to the success of NJIT’s identity program.

The logo and the NJIT signature as a whole must never be distorted, obscured or manipulated. The visual integrity of the identity must be respected and maintained in order to preserve its effectiveness.
